At the age of 25, Jamaican Native Gloria Raynor immigrated to Canada. After starting from nothing in a cold and unfamiliar new country, Raynor grew into a successful, dynamic woman. She is an unsung leader in her community and various other segments.

Raynor firmly believes in creating equal opportunities for individuals and furthering the personal development of those with whom she connects. She sees success in society by encouraging individuals to stand tall and believe in themselves. Believe in you and your beliefs in nurturing young leaders to pursue their dreams. Forty-six years later today, she is creating new opportunities in the art of writing with women from various backgrounds across Canada. Raynor stands on every stage available to let others know that they too can achieve their goals in life through the drive Brilliance of a Transformed Mind-set.

Raynor, the writer, depicts the journey that takes women from a place of obscurity in the brilliance of a beautiful sunset. Raynor over these 46 years have undertaken many paths to reach where she is today. Amidst laughter, hardships, broken marriage, struggles, and unfavorable circumstances, and challenges, she has risen soaring like an eagle from the ashes. Rising stronger and gaining new heights every year. Standing daily stronger and stronger in solidarity with like-minded courageous women. Women who repeatedly have stood the test of time and conflicts. Here in his narrative is a message for all women, to whom someone has said you will not make. Trust me on this one, I did, and so can you. Raynor encourages individuals that each one has the inner strength to draw on when the people around you falter. The inner Brilliance is something you can own and shine with in your unique way. For within you lie the power, strength, determination, and resilience to be who God has created you to be.
